New Music Building
Mississippi State’s new Music Building broke ground in June 2020 and is slated to be completed in the Fall of 2021. The 37,000 square foot facility will provide a new space for the Department of music which will include classrooms, faculty and administrative offices, choral rehearsal hall, sound-proof practice rooms, recital hall, and a recording studio.
The $21 million dollar project was designed by Allred Stolarski Architects from Ocean Springs, MS and the general contractor is Mac’s Construction Company, Inc. from Hattiesburg, MS.
